Yep, we're trying again. Should be a fun event. We've received the insurance certificate and the dealership is going to the city to be allowed to close the street they normally have shows on. We're really looking forward to being able to hold this event.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Who's planning on going?
I've been driving Granddad's around and continue to touch things up...but not sure I want to venture up and over I-90 by myself yet or without copping out and trailering it (but I don't have anything with a hitch any more come to think of it.)

Glad to hear you'll make it over. We have room blocks set up for folks that want to spend the night on Friday, Saturday or both nights. We blocked 15 rooms for now at the Ellensburg Red Lion - 509-925-9800 at $96 per night.
There is also a cruise night scheduled in Ellensburg Saturday evening starting around 6 pm. I believe folks typically gather at the local Chevy dealer just up from the hotel and then they head up Main St.

I hope to get my car to the alignment shop. It's going to be a bit tight since so much time went by with my broken ankle thing. And then having two week long trips coming up. I've got to hunt down the shop others have used here in the Seattle area with knowledge of aligning considering I did the Shelby drop and see if/when I can bring it in.

Just a couple of weeks until the mini-meet. Hoping for at least 15-20 cars if possible. I believe when I was at the last event down south there were 30+. The dealership is really excited for this event. With some of the Covid restrictions they have decided not to ask the city to close the street to put the cars on. Instead they will clear their main lot and we will stage right in front of their building. I will be a nice backdrop.
I may have a few parts available and if anyone else wants to bring some I'm not opposed to some swapping/bartering/buying.
As of late last week there were still room blocks available. One of our members called the Red Lion and got a room with a senior discount for $76 which is actually better than the room block rate we have.

I'm already debating how I'll be able to go. I really hope to. I wonder how expensive a pickup and car trailer would be for a weekend...

OK... Just looked. I can't do $500 to tow it. Dang me. Arghh!
