Hi Guys, I finally found a two-door wagon so it’s time to sell the Convertible-
1963 Falcon Futura Convertible
Drive train (Original):
170ci - six cylinders
2 speed Automatic Transmission Pertronix ignition module (no breaker points)
New items (recent):
Complete brake system:
Master cylinder (upgraded to the dual M/C)
Brake lines
Brake hoses
Shoes,
Hardware
Self-adjusters,
Rear drums
Rear Springs, shackles, U-bolts Other info:
95,000 miles.
There is some blow by out the oil breather but I haven't worried about it.
It's worn, but very original.
The floor, torque boxes and rails were repaired around 1988 and still look good.
I have kept up on the maintenance and repaired things as the wear or break.
Please look close at the pictures of the rear quarters. These should be replaced some day. I would hate for anyone to see it in person and be surprised by the rear quarter panel bubbles, the faded carpet or worn door panels.
It’s not a show car but you can start enjoying it the day you take it home. It has been a great car but not as family friendly as I need.
I have owned this car for 18 years and bought it from the original owner.
$4,800
