Seat Track Rebuilding

Iwould like to take the seat tracks apart to inspect and clean them. Does any one know how to take them apart?

Mine had too much play so the car failed inspection. As far as I researched then the seat slides can not be disassembled. I belive only the nuts and atraching bolts can be removed. I had to replace the seat track for an other. This was with a 64 front bench seat.
