Trans cross member for AOD

I had a AOD built and installed in my car a while back. The guy butchered the cross member to lower it to clear the speedo cable.I am not using the cable (GPS) now. Have any of you guy bought a prefabed cross member that will fit the AOD in to a 65 Falcon Futura? If so where did you get it? Roger

I wonder if the Modern Driveline cross member I got with my T5, that I didn't use, could be modified to work with an AOD. Hmm.

Trying to find a bolt in cross member with no mods.There's a shop here that will custom make me one and install it. But they want $300-$400 to do it.Prefabed one cost under $200.I see there are cross members for the 65 -66 Mustang made for the AOD.The guy I bought the car from told me that the cross member that was in it would fit a AOD.But the trans guy messed it up.I think I will call the seller and see if he can give me some information on where he got it.Roger
