All of my window frames that hold my windows are pitted. Is there some one who sells them new or do I have to have them rechromed?1965 Futura HT. Roger

I don't think anything like this is reproduced. Larry took a bunch of stuff to his winter hideaway in years past to get rechromed, so maybe he'll have something to add from when he did his 64 HT.

My window frames were horrible. Originally I took 7 parts to a re-chroming company in Mukilteo. These parts were the interior windshield trim, visor support, console parts, etc. They wanted $2700 to do them. I said WHAT along with other words. My brother in Tucson told me where he took parts from his corvette and since I was headed to Tucson anyway, they did the parts for $250. Which is why I took many other parts to them. I wanted to get my grill bright dip anodized and they told me it would be $1200 in California not counting shipping. Sent it to Tucson, $300.
The name of the company is Royal Plating. I am sure their prices are higher since then, but you take some pictures and send them for a quote. Larry
