Anybody know where I can get them? Getting ready to change the leaf springs on my friends 63 and cannot find them, have not tried to remove them yet but fear the bolt is frozen to the sleeve in the bushing.

You should soak these parts good in a rust-breaker solvent of some sort a week before you take it apart. This always helps. Not knowing your location makes it hard to say "go here" but in the Seattle/Tacoma area we have a place called Tacoma Screw and no doubt they can get whatever bolt it is.

I had in my pile of parts a bushing/bolt kit. I think I used the bolts, but not the bushing, in my '63 Ranchero. As I recall they were like 6" long grade 8 bolts of some size, so these may not be hard to find wherever you buy bolts.

As I often do, I also look to the Mustang vendors, since many of the parts on the Falcon end up being the same for the 65 Mustang. See these:

Worth noting that the convertible does not use the same standard front bolt as the other Falcons. It is a special shoulder type bolt that is available from Falcon vendors.

I don't know if it is the original bolt or not the bolt head looks to be around a 15/16 or 1 inch and the nut size is 11/16.
