My apologies, again, for the late notice. I'm not sure why I keep loosing track of time and Jeff has to keep reminding me. :o

But...

...Our scheduled bi-monthly meeting is this Wednesday March 16th. Yes, as was true in January, just 2 days notice.

The meeting will be held at our usual spot:

University Village Burgermaster
3040 NE 45th St.
Seattle, WA 98105

Date: Weds., March 16th
Time: 7PM

Please come at least 15 minutes early. or earlier, especially if you want to grab a burger. This so we can start on-time.

As usual, look for us inside the Burgermaster just to the upper right-side of the cashiers (in the raised dining area).

Please plan to stop by if you can.

Main topics this meeting:
- Swap meet
- Car shows
- Tech days

Will someone please have a grilled ham & cheese and a PB shake for me? I won't be there and the management may complain.

Peanut Butter shake? Yuck!

Danged if I didn't get home last night to spend a few hours cleaning up after Sunday's wind storm... came in... took a shower and went right to bed and forgot - again!!! - to send out the mass notice. Usually send it while at the office, but our Internet is so flaky after the storm (they are aware of it, but even posting this reply will be painful) I keep getting a time-out message.

I tell you, I'm slippin' a cog.

Ditto for Carol and I. We had one of the great granddaughters over and she had a high fever and cough, and now we both have it. Sorry we can't make it tonight. Larry

Gene is gone, Jeff is gone, Larry and Carol are gone...

May be a very short meeting.

Hope all of you feel better. Lots of this yucky stuff making the rounds. Been there.

It was a very short meeting attended by Kenny, Mr. Harrison, and myself.

We really only discussed the swap meet, which is May 14/15. To prepare for it we will have the next meeting 1 WEEK EARLY (MAY 11) to allow all the pieces to come together. Please make note of this so you can deliver anything you will want me to take there on Friday. That's when I go to setup the pop-up (Pat has this?) and haul the worst of it with my pickup.

We discussed what car we should park there this year. I can do my wagon again (with "For Sale" signs in the windows) or some other car can park there is you have interest to do so. I may consider the car corral in that case. Please step up if interested.

Then we adjourned.

Chocolate and PB I might consider trying - but just PB? Eh. PB and J, maybe, but it's would probably be blackberry.

From the time I was a little boy I would have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch at home, at school, at all baseball games. I started working at age 12 delivering newspapers and on long runs my mom made me a PBJ sandwich. I took them to work with me everyday for my whole working career. It became the office joke each day I would get asked if I wanted to go out to lunch, with the added "never mind".
And, Carol knew my favorite was extra-crunchy with Blackberry Jam.
I take them when I fish, golf, hike, you name it. Never got tired of them. Larry

You guys don't know what you're missing if you've never tried the PB shake! Mmmmmmmmm!

Larry I'm like you with PBJ (Blackberry) sandwiches.... I've always liked them and they were a standard while dirt biking because you didn't have to worry about spoiling in heat. Same logic used when I'm fishing.

Oh Oh, better let this thread go back to it's usual intent.

PS... My Mom gave my bride to be a 5lb tin of Sunny Jim at a bridal shower. She got the message!

OK, I will try one some day!!! I was at BurgerMaster yesterday and checked the menu to see if they exist. They do.

(We need a puking emoticon...) :p

For the record I too love PB&J sandwiches. Know few who don't, if any. There is just something about them that makes you feel young again.

And how this thread has morphed.
