63 1/2 sprint - rough!

I've come to terms with the fact that I should probably sell my falcon. It's a 63 1/2 Sprint - 260 / 4-speed in horrible shape. Not completely rusted out nut it definitely there, the game stopper for me back in the day was the rear frame section where the leaf springs attatch. But I do have all the badges the tach is on the dash! The 260 is out of the car and is a core at best and I have the transmission with original shifter and a M/T shifter as well. I also have a pair of old but never used leafsprings for it. I could use some help on the value. Any opinions would be appreciated. Feel free to make an offer as well. Located in Eatonville, WA and obviously would need to be trailered.

Do you have pictures of the sprint parts? Tach, steering wheel?
Whats wrong with the frame section, rusted out?
