Tim, any seat can be made to work in your car as long as it isn't too wide, and you're willing to manufacture the mounts. I used bucket seats from a '96 Lexus. Very comfy and had built-in 3-point belts.

My Ranchero seats came from an Escort, I believe. I didn't pay that close attention, sadly. I just looked at them, not the car, and said - hey I can make those work... and I did.
