Battery tray

Hey guys,

Anyone know where to find a replacement 60-63 falcon straight six battery tray?

All I can find is the 63.5-65 v8 tray that also fits 64-65 straight six cylinder
Which is wrong for my car. Not sure if it will even fit..


its the missing part to getting the wagon running.

I believe two trays were used in 63 depending on build date. My wagon is the early build with this style tray...

The later tray may be the link Don provided. The battery is turned 90 degrees.

I don't know if they interchange easily or not.

I found the Melvin's tray last night after I posted..

Ouch..$50 for the tray and another $15 for the brace plus ???$$ for shipping..

A $100 bill was not what I was expecting..

I should have kept my old one and repaired it. The old one was solid enough to hold a battery. Dang it.

I'm going to go check wrecking yards today.. there were a couple of early cars there earlier this year
