3 speed manual transmission parts

I took in my 3 speed manual to a trusted tranny guy foe a basic overhaul of bearings, seals, and a checkup. He gave me a short parts list of parts he says I should replace and because finding those can take some time on older cars- he's letting me look for them.
I found two of them...(synchronize Springs and the counter shaft)
Two of them I can't seem to find:

The 2-3 shift fork

And

The interlock pin ( I wonder if this May also be called the countershaft pin?)

Anyone have any idea where to find these?

Found everything except the 2-3 shift fork now. The tranny shop says it's pretty worn and I'm much better off to find it.
Any ideas???

Just an update...found the clutch fork. Just decided I was going to find it and kept calling, and calling, and this guy said to check there who said to check somewhere else and finally found a Ford dealer in Ohio that had a new (old) one on the shelf for $16. Sea Tac transmissions treated me right on the whole thing too. They were impressed with the falconparts.com overhaul kit too. They let me find the parts, showed me the tranny all apart, showed me what it needed and why, they were patient while this was all open on one of their work tables as I took a week and a half to find the parts, and they did the work for less than I expected. :banana:
Now to finish the rest of the car..

Looking for a couple parts I couldn't find online:

The large rubber washer that goes under the spring steel where it mounts to the bracket. (Very cracked...so while I'm at it...)

The clutch fork return spring (was missing on my car).

I can't seem to find either of these anywhere. Any help most appreciated!

Frustrating Sunday.....:doh::doh::doh:
Can anyone tell me the trick for how to get the clutch fork anti rattle spring back on?
Does it actually go around the pivot? Or just mount on the back of the clutch fork and then push up against one side of the pivot? If so, which side?

Don,

There is a flat pivot mounted/riveted to the bell housing and on this is a hook of sorts. The fork has the clip wire on it spanning the two sides (hooked into the holes on the fork). The wire and the hook need to be on the same side. You can usually see this by looking under the fork as it is resting on the pivot. I use a rather long flat-blade screw driver to push the wire down towards the hook, and then when it is clear of the hook push on the screwdriver ever so gently towards the pivot to place the wire over the hook, then let it release. It's a pain. I found this thread with a picture:

I actually ran home at lunch to take a look after seeing that picture. Then got back online and looked again and it finally started to click in my brain.
Mine doesn't have the hole in the fork...but I took the bel housing back off and it was then very easy to get to. Pic attached! A very successful evening.;:)
