Looking for ideas and suggestions for front Disk Brakes for a 63 sprint should I go with Granada setup or use my stock spindles and buy a kit that uses them or ?

There's a place in Lynnwood called Scarebird that several people in the club have used. I think they're pleased with the results? I don't have them on my `62 but they would be my top choice when I decide to upgrade.

Here's a link to the thread where we installed the Scarebird disc brakes on my car, and later on Roger's wagon:

The Sprint will be a V8, so what we all used will be different from that application. I'm pretty sure Scarebird still has a kit for you though. Good thing with them is all the parts are parts store items. Nothing specialty, one-off pricey goods. I am pretty sure that the splash shield from the 70's Volvo that I used on my wagon (Scarebird made no mention of needing a splash shield, but I felt it was important... and still needs to be done on Gary's) is applicable to the V8 kit. As you see in this post (was it that long ago... time flies) there is lots of room for larger disc. Lacking a shield you can get all kinds of grease from ball joints, etc., on the rotor.
