Fender skirt hardware

Found some metal rear fender skirts. They are missing the rubber trim and the hardware. Does anyone have any pictures on how these are installed. They have the lever clamps that hold the middle to the fender lip... but there looks to be some slots on each end that must be used for something. Would also like a profile picture of the rubber trim.

Don't know about the install but the seal looks like it's still available.

Here are the pictures of the tabs. This is much different than the normal slots in the top edge that accept the posts mounted to the rear lip as normal. If anyone has something like this I would appreciate a photo. I will need to fab something but as we all know it's usually easier to copy a proven design.
