I need some help with wheel and tire sizes. What is the largest wheel and tire package you guys are running?
Patrick I think I remember yours are a 205/60/15?? Do you know what your backspace is on the wheels?
Since I am going to Monroe there are a few thing I will be looking for and hope to have an idea of what will fit before I buy.
Thanks for the help everyone and maybe I will see some of you there.

I'm not sure how often Patrick is checking the forum for awhile. He and a friend were driving a new-used car up to Anchorage and 800 miles into BC a rod bearing went south. So they towed it back and are trying to decide what to do.

If you have his phone # that may be a better bet.

And I'm running 185/75/R14 so I'm no help! :p

I don't know if you round-body guys are any different, but mine are 225/60/14, and I'm pretty sure I could use a size bigger. I don't recall the backspace measurement but would be willing to pull one and measure it for you if you'd like.

I am hoping to run a 17 wheel but size is good I will just have less side wall. If you can guess at the back space that would be cool. Thanks Guys...

If memory (?) serves at my age, I think my backspacing is 4.5 inches.

I have 205-60-15 rear and 195-60-15 front. Wheels are 15x6 with 3 3/8" back spacing.

225-45-17 will fit a roundbody on 17x7" wheels.

I have 205/50r17 on the front and 225/45r17 on the rear. 17x7 with around 4.5" of back space.

I've had good luck with craigslist.
I look for 2000 and newer mustang wheels and run 1" spacers.
I can usually find a set of wheels for $200 & another $150 on a set of ebay wheel spacers.
$350 for 17" wheels seems like a bargin to me. Add $700 i tires and call it a day.
