Metal spraying !!!

We are doing the metal spray on the sedan delivery today. I will take a bunch of pics both before and after the process. I will add the pics to the section I have on the rebuild of the car. I hope it goes as well as the guy with the machine says it will. :confused:

Please do, I'm interested in the process. I have heard of spray welding on journals for crankshafts and the like but never for sheet metal repair... I am curious.

I need to make a run over to my friend's place in Sequim this weekend (if he's around). Probably on Sunday so as to avoid the Saturday "get out of town" traffic, or the Monday "come back to town" traffic. Roger; sorry I missed you post. I just got back from a vacation (YEAH) So now its back to work.

I posted a bunch of pics in the reconstruction has begun post on the Sedan. I will get some more up of the sanding down and so forth. Looks great so far.
