Where you located Redtail ? I've got a complete {minus engine} 68 parts car. Maybe we can do something to help you out. Let me know. Jon
A buddy of mine has a Millermatic 140 with autoset and freaking loves it. Welds the hell out of about anything he cares to. He has the bottle set up with it and runs on household current.
Ghetto garage or not, they look as happy to be in that pool as 2 little gals can be. lol
Plenty of room, thats for sure, lol. I'll mention it again in a month or two.
Thought I'd add a few pics:

Hello All. Well, haven't had the ol' internet since moving to the hay farm in Stanwood in Aug of 2010 as this place was a communications black hole zone for quite awhile. There's a bridge right by...
Where are you locating these gas caps from ?
I'm going to be mostly offline for a while as I just moved to Stanwood and I'm still trying to figure out who my internet/tv/phone people will be. Just wanted to mention it so no one thinks I've...
I've been following Dick's project in progress thread on his Ranchero on the falcon news site. Great thread and Dick indeed does some excellant work. Lots of great pics too. Jon
I think the best would probably be from Dennis Carpenter {and also probably the most $}. You can go to www.tffn.net and check out the vendor section. There are quite a few Falcon parts vendors...
Bill,
I think the day {in the rain} was when work was being done on my car. I know I didn't bring home an extra pair. I brought 2 sets with me {1 steel pair, painted blue & 1 aluminum set} and...
Still lovin that yellow, it just NEVER gets old for me. Very nice lookin ride. Jon
I didn't go either. Went over to Port Townsend to pick up a car for my son-in-law-in-training. Ugly as heck '76 Granada, 250cid w/ 3 spd on the floor, Discs and drums. Rusty, but it runs good. Got it...
I wanted to say a few words about a very positive experience I had when I needed to bring my parts car home recently.
I rented a truck and trailer from Del's Truck Rental in Woodinville. The guy...
Tyler,
Here's a Portland CL ad for a fender, if you still need it.

Well, got it home with out any problems at all. The "wheeled apparatus" I designed in order to get the front end on some kind of tires worked like a champ too.
The entire car was covered in grime,...
Truly sorry to be missing this. I spent a good part of the day {sat} getting ready to go pull my parts car home from Port Angeles today and had 2 different appointments to look at a couple houses....
While looking on CL for a fender for Tyler and a 64 frame for that other fella, I came across a '68 2 dr sedan that looked like it might be good for a parts car. I drove over to Port Angeles...
I emailed Ron Boesl of NW Classic Falcons about your plight. All he has for converts is a pair of 63's and also a 63 Comet convert. I'll keep watching CL for ya. Jon
I don't personally know the guy {Brian Lukas} but read about this over at TFFN.
Craigslist ad:

TFFN thread:...
Tyler,
Check out this CL ad. The guys name is Brian Lukas and he's needing to liquidate a bunch of stuff. He is apparently pretty well known in the Falcon community. The 2nd link takes you to The...
First of all, I would like to say Thanks to everyone who stopped by. Chris - Both your Ranchero AND your Falcon are super nice. Dalton and Tyler - Nice to meet of couple of young guys like yourselves...
The chili is crocked {pardon the pun}.
The way I figure it, since you guys are giving up some of your time {or space} to help me out, the least I can do is provide a good hearty meal.
See you...
